The Bobbin Technical Team is comprised of highly skilled and experienced technicians with unmatched expertise on the capabilities of the different machines in the apparel industry.We are able to service and repair a wide array of machines from classic sewing machines to newer computerized machines.

While the primary function of the Technical department is to maintain and repair machinery in the apparel industry, a specialized team of accredited technicians calibrate a wide variety of machinery at our state-of-the-art calibration lab. The Bobbin in-house calibration lab uses ITI certified equipment for its calibrations and are conducted by experienced technicians and engineers.

Customized service agreements are also provided by the technical department assessing how often machines needs to be maintained ensuring that your machines remain in the best condition without a worry.

The Bobbin group is equipped to provide original spare parts for a wide range of machinery, either from our in-house stores or to be brought down from our principles. Our skilled staff is also trained to analyse the part you require and provide you with a suitable replacement.

The Bobbin Group is continually dedicated to furthering the apparel industry in Sri Lanka. While conducting workshops and trainings in various factories in the country we also provide trainings and workshops on; machine operations, selecting the right machine and machine maintenance and repair. Workshops are also conducted in partnership with various institutes such as VTA.
